Since 1946 Anderson Survey Company has been an innovator and leader in the surveying industry. Based and operating primarily in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, Anderson Survey Company has also performed surveys or optical tooling projects in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Wyoming, Florida, North Dakota, Washington D.C., Alabama, Mississippi, Maryland, West Virginia, Arkansas, Georgia, Michigan, Washington, and Puerto Rico.

While the act of surveying may be misunderstood and appear simple, the actual task of surveying is infinitely more complex. Today's surveyor must be familiar with the technical procedures as well as the legal aspects of surveying.

Anderson Survey Company takes great pride in keeping current with the ever-changing technology and procedures. We are proud to be a part of a profession that was practiced by Benjamin Bannecker, and Founding Fathers, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln.

As a small business of about 25 employees, Anderson Survey Company enjoys a high ratio of professional land surveyors, six of our employees are licensed Professional Land Surveyors in one or more of the following States:  Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Washington with the combined experience of over 200 years

As land surveyors we:

• Establish boundary lines of residential lots, commercial tracts and acreage parcels.
• Subdivide land into lots for residential or commercial use.
• Provide American Land Title surveys that locate all physical improvements, utilities and easements with respect to property lines.
• Conduct architectural surveys for the design that depict the topographical features of the property, including physical improvements, contour lines, grid elevations, utilities and easements.
